Kristen has almost two decades of experience advocating for public and private sector employees. After a two-year clerkship with an administrative law judge at the U.S. Department of Labor and a short stint in Big Law, Kristen worked as an associate at an employee-side law firm outside of Chicago. Back on the East Coast, she spent four years at a firm dedicated to representing federal sector employees before the EEOC and the MSPB before joining another employee-side law firm, where she led the federal sector team.
